For more than three decades, The Taste of Harlingen has been one of the Rio Grande Valley’s most anticipated evenings—an annual fundraiser celebrating community, culture, and cuisine. Hosted by the Harlingen Arts & Heritage Museum and the Rio Grande Valley Museum Association, the event brings together the region’s top restaurants, caterers, and local businesses for a night of gourmet tasting, live entertainment, and hometown pride.
Funds raised through The Taste of Harlingen support the preservation of the museum’s historic buildings, ongoing exhibitions, and educational programming that share the city’s rich heritage with future generations.
